• We accept cashier's check (Canada and US only) payable to African Cuts Clothing.
• We accept money transfer - Western Union and Money Gram.
• We accept email money transfer which should be addressed to order@african-cuts.com

Delivery Policy

At African Cuts Clothing, we believe in cutting down on cost and delivery time. With the help of some fast and registered shipping carriers, we are able to ensure fast delivery. We deliver our fabric orders within 2weeks and up to 6weeks for custom-made orders from the time payment is received depending on the customer's address. We normally ship to countries such as Canada, US, and some parts of Europe. There is no fixed shipping rate for each country since shipping fees differ by location. However, a customer service representative will contact you with information on shipping fees as soon as we receive your order. Customers are responsible for custom duties, taxes and other additional fees.

Refund/Return Policy

All custom-made orders are made-to-fit a particular body type. African Cuts Clothing will not accept a return based on size or color discrepancies. All custom-made sales are final. Customers are responsible for providing us with accurate measurement. All fabrics are non-refundable but are exchangeable when returned within 7days from shipment date in its original condition. An authorization from Africa Cuts Clothing is required before items can be returned. If a problem arises, please contact help@africancuts.com or call 1(613)265-6602 within 48hours of receiving your order. Items must be mailed through a prepaid express mail carrier. You are responsible for shipping and handling fees.

African Cuts Clothing does not disclose clients' personal information to third parties. All personal information provided by our customers is used for the purpose of processing an order.
